How to Share Your Documents

Overview
You can easily share your DocuFast documents with teammates or external users. Sharing is available directly inside each document from the top menu bar.
Steps to Share
Open the document you want to share
Navigate to the document in your workspace.
Click on Share
In the top menu bar, click the Share button.
A sharing panel will open on the right side.
Choose how you want to share
Who can access:
Anyone with the link – allows external access.
Workspace members – only people in your workspace can view or edit.
Click Generate Link to create a shareable link.
Export and Embed Options
Besides sharing a link, you can also:
Export your document
Copy as HTML (for tools like Word, Confluence)
Copy as Markdown (for GitHub, Notion, etc.)
Download as PDF (customization available in Pro plan)
Embed your document
Copy the provided iframe embed code.
Paste it into platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, or your internal wiki.
Notes & Tips
Always check the Who can access setting before generating a link.
Use Export when you need a static file.
Use Embed for an interactive guide inside another platform.
For internal processes, prefer Workspace-only sharing for more control.
